Description She is there.

Watching always watching with silent eyes hung up on the walls. A voice with no face, the hands behind everything, string.

I close my eyes and listen to the truth sliding behind her words. She cannot speak openly she is broken in some way and only I can save her.

The world is quiet here.

The world screams, birth pains it is joy and hope and sorrow and blood and lines and corners and shapes and angles and quiet

there are liars

liars!

around every corner

I take this sacred wand my excalibur and I tear holes in time and space, places for me to slide out, newborn.

and I cut

and I bleed

freefall

holes of light.

I am given a companion. If his sacrifice is necessary for the completion of the quest so be it. I will mourn for him after I have reached the TRUTH cake, the one she has promised me.

He speaks to me, and I oblige him I obey her.

I wonder if I'm losing my mind?

Reminds me of something that has the kind of mood that fits with what you made here.

Well, that page is an interpretation, but you can read his in-depth analysis and interpretation of Portal through links he added to the bottom of the article. It's really quite an interesting take on the game.

I read that some time ago. I recall wincing, at the time, when I thought of the types of fanart that article would generate.

Too true, but I haven't seen much along those lines.

I just have to say, though. I quickly came to love that interpretation. It makes for a much deeper and much more interesting story when you play it.

I've waited six months for someone to get that. Thank you.

Pardon the pun, but wouldn't that be a parabox?

Dark and a bit scary. Perhaps an all too accurate of how paranoia, terror, isolation and the continual badgering from GLaDOS must, inevitably, drive poor Chell insane. I mean, it's basically a modified packing box but, towards the end, you really do view it as an ally and friend. How could have Chell, really caught in that living nightmare, have viewed WCC?

The sketchy style fits in with the message that you are trying to put over here. A thought-provoking piece. This is a triumph! And you know the rest...

You dont know ,maybe the companion cube is a person, that failed the test and was put in that cube, so you can put them in the incinerator, making the company dont have to pay persons to do this job, i think that is not everyone that can get to the final stage where you are driving to the incinerator... its easy to think how they collect the failed subjets ?,how they dispose of them ? ,how they get all the failed subjects and put them in the incinerator like glados is trying to do with you in the end of the game ?

"The world is quiet here."

Quoted from A Series of Unfortunate Events, which is probably quoting off of something else.

It's really cool how the heart morphs into a mouth.

As far as I can tell, the quote is entirely Handl-I mean, Snicket's.

The realistic mouth I drew on the cube, not so much?

Gotta say I was impressed by the mouth. But I only start freaking out when I'm in a first person shooter with only a computer voice and the sounds in the wind for company after I incenerated my companion cube :sobs:
