Description
This is a request for .Steve the pokemon trainer was hiking in the moutains when he found a feather of a pokemon thought only to be a legend, Articuno. As he is excited by his find, the feather dissapears and suddenly releases a magic that transforms him into an actual articuno.
I tried some New effects in gimp for this and it feels good to do another Tf with pokemon. Hope you all enjoy this! Jonesycat, out! MEE-YAA!

Be thankful I was able to get it to this stage. I under stand its a bit crude but this is the best I could get this one shot if i plan to finish my requests. I'll be more careful next time.
