THis is another legendary soul pic from my fic Transformation: Project legend. This one is of Julie Phillips.

Julie Phillips is a 19 year old inter form rustboro tech who was intersted in the field of helping pokemon and decied to appy for both Omega and Obsidian inc.

Obsidian accepted her.

She became apersonal assitant to Dr. Alexander scottdale, filing paper work and soon that got ot omundane for ehr so he transfered her into the injury analysis firm under the story that the results she would take would be used to make new potions.

She is very dependable though her accident proness leads her ot belive she is amajor klutz.

However when she stumbled across Obsidian's shadowy deals in Project Legend she was captured and transformed into an articuno. Now she tries to retain her sanity while stengthening up for her eventual escape...

I didn't use a base to make this one.^^
