Description
This is the same Lugia Pic, only cleaned up and with a back ground. I actually did this in MS paint and had a funny way of getting around putting a background.
First, I got the pic the size I needed, then I had the Lugia all cleaned up and ready, but when I pastd it to the backgorund page, it brought the white background with it. When I tried to make that go away, all the white left, so Lugia was see through. So I colred him red in the other page, saved that as Lugia red, pasted that with a clear background so you can see the clouds, and then recolred all the red white. It was actually pretty funny.XD

Well, I hope you all like this.
