This would be a Weequay Pirate (in film they're only seen as Hutt's guards in Return of the Jedi, they play a much more significant role in the animated series, tho, via Hondo Ohnaka).
Any rate, this one in particular calls herself Lady Gundark, most due to the two trophy ears she keeps at her side (which she claims she ripped off herself ... but given it's a pirate's tale take it with an ounce of spice).
