Interesting! Very Hodgsonesque composition with the buildings and characters (I just pulled some of your previous deviations and it's almost like a series!). There's a bit more contrast than usual and the foreground is really dynamic! The puddles running back in perspective like speedlines, the poses on the street urchin and dog...

Its a weird one this, because to my eye now it looks quite dated in terms of what I'm doing - it's probably 6 months old. I'm still happy with the puddles though.
It was an interesting brief too - lots of disparate elements had to go in there (although as ever U.S. were incredibly reasonable about it, which is what makes me try to do it all for them!) which made for some composition challenges.
