Thank you so much. I did this image in a series almost 2 years ago. I haven't done too much political stuff since. It's too easy to be critical of the bush's.

A very good piece, except for one thing:
The Geneva Convention IS in a way obsolete. It very specificly says that it only applies to uniformed soldiers representing an organized government. There isn't any sort of convention that addresses the current terrorists/insurgents situation, where they aren't uniformed officers, because until recently such issues didn't come up enough. Doesn't mean that we should torture ANYONE, just that the Geneva Convention doesn't apply to this situation and other international law needs to be created to put in writing what we know from a conscience perspective is right.

This piece is really striking. I like the use of colours, the orange and red really help to set the atmosphere for the whole piece and puts me in mind of blood and smoke. They clash with the black to make it really stand out. The shading on the figure is also very good and helps to create a darker image, although the hands seem a little off, maybe some more detail could've been added? This piece is really excellent. It's simple, it's blunt and drives the point straight home. Brilliant
