To me, after he recovered his memories, this was the most evil master I've seen. He trapped the last hundreds of the human race, gave them false hope for a better future, killed (in cold blood) the assistant that helped him god knows how long and, for once, didn't care about the Doctor surviving or not (while previous incarnations (and John Simm's incarnation too) did harm him and wanted to foil his plans but never kill him as he was sort of an equal)
Now, about the artwork, I love the colors, those sphears in the back remind me of the TARDIS walls, and all those circles remind me of the current series' incarnation of the gallifreyan language.

As far as my upload sizing, I guess part of it is a result of our discussion and the realization that quite a bit of my older work was still un-watermarked. I went back and made lots of changes to rectify that fact. Too bad there is not a magic "fishing line" to pull back all the unprotected art already out there. I also wanted to drive more people to my personal site in order to see the larger (and still watermarked) pics.
