You know I think this is the last pic I'll submit before the new year starts and all. I'm pretty sure you've seen this character before in the gallery. Well now I have official info on her.

Race: Aerius (Cirrus)
Class: Winged Sprinter

Weapon of Choice: Silk Scarf
Personality: Carefree, Cheerful and Optimistic
Likes: Sprinting, Flying (but since she can't fly she dreams of it) Cloudwatching
Qoute: "What's my dearest wish? To fly free like a bird"
Dislikes: Not being able to fly, being restricted and people who tease her lack of flight
Family: A diplomat father, an older brother (following his father's footsteps) and a mother (died when Elaine is young)
Flaws: Despite born with wings for some reason have lacked the ability to fly.
Abilities: Technically she can hover with those wings or "glide" when she falls from a tall place. But she she's a fast runner.
Info: As the young daughter of a diplomat she is expected to be a poised young lady in flowing gowns and such. But she rather sprint than be stuck in one place. Elaine feels restricted since her father and brother shelter her ever since her mother died, so she feels that she can't do anything within the view of her father and brother. But in secret she sprints around her home improving her speed. Despite her compensating flight with running she still hopes she can actually fly.
