Export the file as a INX format (InDesign Interchange) so that those of us with lesser software can open up that file in previous editions of InDesign.?
If the file is saved as inx with indesign cs4, we can open that inx file with the cs3 version and save it as cs3 indd. The whole convenience point is that we won't need cs4 to open it.

a fantastic idea. Having preset styles is a great way to start adding type styles to any layout; then you just modify them to fit your needs.
