Actually, I do recall that Daniel Rand has access to the fighting knowledge of all Iron Fists before him, plus his own skill includes arts Cap has never studied as they are unique to K'un-L'un.
That said, Danny is at a disadvantage if he cannot use his chi, as Cap will still be a super soldier without his shield.
