Request.As the title says, The Flash and Sonic The Hedgehog trade places and enemies, with Sonic going after Gorilla Grodd, and Flash going against Dr Robotnik/Eggman.

its pretty a bad idea to punch a hedgehog, who is in spherical form with lots of spines protruding. Especially when its spinning really fast and each spine is harder than steel. lol.

As for taken hit. They are all blunt, not pointy as spikes and none were 100 % of their full strength, otherwise, Grodd would be obliterated.

Unless Grodd uses his powers to slow Sonic down, or he gets access to the Speed Force; he's done that a few times to move as fast as The Flash.

Slowing down Sonic won't help Grodd getting his hands filled with blooded holes.Β
Hitting Sonic behind would obviously skewer his own hands, Sonic is a hedgehog after all, and hedgehog uses quills as defenses.

Not against sharp objects like Sonic's quills. And Sonic's quills pierces materials that is harder than steels even diamonds (because Eggman build an space elvevator, space ships, battleships. and a functional space elevator needs materials least twice as hards as diamonds..
