Doing anything beyond basic shrinking and enlarging takes a lot of energy, so Alice’s appetite is bigger than normal, and she also needs to drink plenty of water to keep her skin and muscles flexible enough for the size changes.

Equipment- Adaptable outfit that can keep up with Alice’s body changes without getting damaged; the outfit is also highly resistant to conventional damage, increasing Alice’s body resistance even more.
