Awesome job on this artwork. And, yeah, MOST cartoon cats have enough trouble with their usual prey without worrying about Mighty Mouse (Tom and Sylvester DEFINITELY come to mind there). About the only cat I can think of who WOULDN'T be terrified of the thought would be Underdog's similarly powered feline foe Overcat.
