This poster is a tribute to Z-boy Jay Adams. The foto was taken by Glen Friedman and I picked it from his book "Fuck You Heroes". The quote is from Henry Rollins, from the same book. I'm a big fan of black lettering and I think it suits the image perfectly. I'm a big fan of all German-esque typography from that era so I'm a sucker for that. What I find really interesting and nice is the juxtaposition of obviously new-age elements like the crop marks and a nice, simple sans serif.
Nice stuff, man.
