Description We've seen it before and here it is again. You can clearly see the southern decals through the NS paint. Especially the "x" after the road number. This local had NS 40 which is the OCS's generator box car I think. After switching these cars to the CSX it moved that car to the Taylor street bulk transfer.

That's a really odd looking crossing, with the train right next to the cars and both going together through the underpass.

The tracks were there before Mike Padgett highway overpass was built so this is the result.
