And here's another pic I had completely forgotten about. I had already posted the lineart for this last year, so I must have filled in the base colors shortly after that. I believe a couple of artists had already posted beautifully full colored verions of the lineart so I may have decided to postpone posting my own WIP for awhile. So of course I totally forgot about it. I just added my new space background and kinda half-assed the lightning
I plan for this pic to be a part of much larger image featuring all of Darth Traya's apprentices. Here's the concept [link]

It'd be more epic and more accurate if the lightning were coming from ALL her fingers.

Constructively, it would be more accurate if the lightning were emitting from her pinky as well as those other appendages.

The robes are a bit off, and the skin should be chalk white and veiny (is that even a word?), but excelently done nonetheless.

I go with Movie canon Sith characteristics rather than anything the video games or EU came up with. Before we found out that Palpatine was the way he looked because Windu fried him with his own lightning, and that Vader got all his limbs chopped off and had to spend 20+ years in a suit, I think it was assumed that the Dark Side deteriorated a body turning them ugly, when in fact a Sith looks perfectly normal except for when the eyes go all yellow.

Hehehe, I started with having lightning coming out of her whole hand, but there was just way too much, it was covering half her face. So I trimmed it down to what you see now

Awesome again, do you use reference pics for the poses or just draw from your head?

I've used visual references many times, real life and other illustrations, and still do occassionally. I've gotten to where I can do most poses without reference assistance but if I can suggest the galleries here which are filled with almost any pose you might need. They helped me out a great deal with my nude Revan pic [link]
