Well, here's the basic gist of the language stuff.
Remember, these characters live in a completely different world than Earth... literally.
It's not like two different universes can coincidently adapt in the same way (well, at least not the same EXACT way).
Thus, they are not speaking English but rather, they are speaking some other language that no one else knows.
This comic is basically just an English translation of what they're actually saying.

Drawing that map was definitely the hardest part of this whole comic (well, at least the most time-consuming and the biggest thought process throughout this comic).
Oh boy, compared to how I draw her in my sketches and current drawings, those legs aren't even that long XD
