Imperial Plate also known as Obsidian armor is a heavy, yet comfortable set of armor. It’s secondary name was given to all imperial as the materials and alloys used to forge it leave the armor a dark color almost like Obsidian. Imperial Plate is customized and tailored made to fit each wearer, because of this the wearers of Imperial Plate finds it easy to rest and relax within the armor. The Imperial Plate deigns is based around durability and survivability, thick armor plating to shrug off most damage before the armor fails and with a combination of the alloys and sub systems used to make it grants all Imperial Plates either a minor energy shield or will enhance the strength of a normal shield system if attached to the armor, in either case the armor will turn the user into a living tank, allowing even the lightest of scouts can survive a single hit from almost anything, the enemy often is left in fear when they see a Immortal Soldier still standing after taking a rocket right to the face and looks mostly fine.

With durability unmatched by one else, Imperial Plate truly help the warriors of the Empire live up to their names as Immortal.
