I know I keep starting new things but i might combine this one with my dinosaurs with humans project.Its a new project in which i give dinosaurs the patterns of modern day animals and insects. Heres the first where i crossed an Emperor Penguin with a Pteradon, two beautiful creatures.

Very nice. I've been working on my own project with a similar idea. I'm working at making a restoration of the Mesozoic times and places in video game form. One of the of the ideas I wanted to work with was taking modern animal skins and putting them on these prehistoric animals, a lot like your Pteranodon here. Of course, a little tweaking doesn't hurt.
Plus there's some dinosaurs we already know the colors of, like Anchiornis huxleyi [link]

You blended the two animals perfectly. This is exactly how I'd imagine a penguin/pteranodon mix to look like, with features from both flawlessly melded together
...And it's so fuzzy! Ahh!

So I saw that you requested critiques. I really like how you put a penguin with a Pteranadon. Neat mix. But with the drawing, try making the animal in its natural habitat now. Show it using it wings (I would interpret it as an aquatic animal), that way its true functuionality would be apparent. You might even come up with a few more adjustments for its anatomy to better it for an aquatic/ ariel lifestyle. Hope I helped. Good luck!
