I agree completely. There are few, if ANY pleasures in this world, higher than what a very tight belt can give. Waist constriction of the severest type raises one to a higher state of being. Yes, please get the belt as inhumanly tight as possible for as long as possible! WWL

Normal waist usually anywhere between 25 to 26 ins
With this belt I eventually got down to around 17 ins.
Sadly my favourite belt became too worn, so do not currently have anything to keep practicing with

Dear Josielle: This is an interesting proposal that turns up both in fetish literature and in more 'respectable' forums. The theory is that the weight of the practitioner, whilst enclosed within a closed rope or leather belt loop with a "slip knot" would, by sheer gravity, pull the restraint as tightly around the waist as physically and anatomically possible. In most cases, this position of being suspended is SO uncomfortable that most people, even those who are dedicated to waist constriction, give up long before that point is reached. Plus there is the risk of getting dizzy and sick, too. My advice is to stick to tight belts but perhaps 'anchor' one end of it to a wall or door-frame, then walk away whilst the movement pulls the belt loop as tight as you can stand. Plenty of constriction but no safety or sickness risks! WWL
