fairly brief comment here i thinkAs i went through these set of images that made up my final portfolio and final piece for my photography AS i realised how there is no way that these pics are all my best work. there are many pics in my sketchbook that are better. which made me wonder why i put them in. the above photo i don't think is anything special and could easily have been replaced with one of my better ones. I guess what I am trying to say is that our opinions of our own work changes over time for good or for bad but neither what we thought then or now is the right answer.
yeah that all made no sense but fuck it

It makes perfect sense! That's what makes it art! One will see something out of it, that another viewer does not.

hmmm yes i guess that is true but i wonder how many photos i have lying around that i hate and hence no one will see. but if they did would like it? -shrug- tis strange

I like the minimalist approach here,this piece realy draws the viewer in with all the dark tones.I'm not concerned with my art making sense either if we had to worry about that none of us would create the way we do lol
