Upon experiencing what its like to nearly die, just like the main four, Nepgear loses a lot of her cheery, playful attitude. Now she takes the name of Lilac Heart, and turns into a far more serious and somewhat dark character who sees the reality in a lot of her life, including every negative moment she's never fully understood until now...
