He looks majestic!
I think it's a he ... he got broad shoulders XD
First impression is 'Woeiii the wind blows through his fur but he doesn't care. He belongs on this ice covered mountain top'.
Then I look a bit longer and I wonder if it is really fur as it also could be wrinkles of skin making the flowing pattern.

In that case I feel a bit ... heh ... blown away because that's a lot of wrinkles so heck he'd be a dragon truly in his winters.
Maybe he is and I say bravo! cuz you tricked my eyes there for a second which is a fun ride
Maybe he is not and I read his 'skin' wrong (on his chest and paws there seem to be vains which make it more looking like skin).
If the latter, then he could use some plucks of fur breaking his sharp contour, dancing in the wind
If the first, like I said, the trickery is a fun ride but maybe take a quick look at his ears and eye region. It looks a bit fuzzy compared with the rest of the body.

Fur was intended on the very top of his head and ears (I don’t know why), the rest is just skin.

Thank you very much.

Nice work on this one. I think you got the values right. ^^

Thanks, at first the values were weak, so I kept working to improve them.

This one was absolutely done for value practice. So that is good to hear.

Thank you again for all the advice you have given.

This dragon looks majestic! I'm not going to repeat what has been said about the landscape, but I'd like to suggest giving the dragon's horns a different texture so they do not blend into his head since now they look a bit like ears (unless that was the intention, those are ears and my assumptions are incorrect in which case I'm sorry) Other than that, really great work!

This was one I wasn't sure whether to do horns or ears, in the end I decided ears lol.

Really proud of how it turned out though.

Thank you.

Looking really good.
Love the colors, textures and design.
I think it would be even better with some soft light ^^

The detail work is the best part of painting, it still seems missing something though.

Could be a lighting issue, not sure.

I can really see the improvement here then on the last piece I commented on! I really love the background and the mountains, however I feel like the grays could be a bit more varied. There is definitely a good hard surface on the back, although some surfaces seem to lose this distinction, making it blend in slightly with the whole ordeal. The snow on the cliff itself is very blurred, which doesn't make someone read snow very well. I would try doing some more snow studies to really gasp ahold of this, and the cliff rocks could use these harder lines which would really tie the whole piece together. Personally I like it a lot. Something else- which isn't really a critique, is that if the dragon was cold blooded or didn't exert heat you could add bits of snow on his back and head so it seems he had been out there for a while. I hope this was something helpful at least and not something too unwelcome

I think I said this before but you have great perception.

Snow in this is harder than other pictures, landscapes etc. For me anyway.

I did work on it a little, probably do some more. For the reason it is not as easy to get the way

it should be is why I won’t add it on top of the dragon. That is a good idea but I probably wouldn't do it right.

Also I added more to the back mountains, hopefully not to dark.

Opinions are always welcome and very much appreciated.

Of course, and thanks. I think experimenting with line work and trying to do real life drawings could help you a lot. It will help with anatomy, and give you a better understanding of a few components such as backgrounds etc, I need to work on backgrounds myself, as a few people do, so don't get discouraged about experimenting with them! You have very good artwork, but there are a few things that need to be really tightened in order for it to really come together, so keep drawing, all of it looks really lovely!
