Well, you have an investment in this as well, seeing as how you crafted the ship with your bare hands! It's our mind-meld baby!

OK, just one more thought. hehe I love the way you show the small group of fliers in the back ground and the character that is standing in front of the ship. If that is not the perfect sense of DOF, I do not know what is. Totally makes the ship loom huge in comparison. Bjorn really stepped it up with this model. Go get 'em guys! Woot!

Thank you so much Suzi! Yeah, the lights kind of masked the smaller ships in the background more than I wanted them to. I tried one of them in the foreground and it just made the Ion ship look massive, which really it's not, but still wanted to give some scale and depth since it's the focal point.

This just blows me away Ryan! It totally leaped to the top of the stack and then some. The lighting is brilliant and your composition is in perfect harmony! It looks even better over here. hehe So vast and bold! My knees just gave out! hehe Fantastical image my friend!

Hey, thanks Mike! Yeah, it went through many variations to get to this point. Most of the lighting was done at render time, and I added more in Photoshop as well as toned down the originals. It was a chore but I had fun!
