Holy crap was this guy hard to design, mainly his "mask" and chest "lightning". I eventually came up with what you see here.

So, Max Dillon's mom died to cancer when he was about 5 and his sister, Francine Dillon(named after their grandma), was 3. His dad became depressed, and started drinking, turning him abusive and angry. Later when Max was 16 he grabbed his little sister and ran off.

Once Max was 18, he wasn't able to get into college like he wanted, so he started working for an Electric company as a repair man. He was one of the best electricians they had ever seen. But still everyone walked all over him, pretending like he wasn't even there unless they needed something from him. He was sick and tired of it, but he was powerless to do anything. That is until he went to repair some wiring in ESU while Peter and Dr Connors were there.

While repairing some of the wires, he gets electrocuted and tossed into some electric eels.

When he wakes up in the hospital, he finds that, he has immense electric powers. He finally has the power to prove his worth. He starts experimenting with his powers to see what he can do. He goes after his old electric company and kills everyone there.

He doesn't feel complete however. He remembered what it was like to be poor and how his dream as a kid was to be rich. Well, now he can achieve that dream. He creates this costume and starts robbing banks. Spider-Man comes and stops him a couple of times. Peter starts referring to him as "Electro."

After a couple of battles with Spider-Man, Electro challenges Peter to a battle at an Oscorp Electrical plant. Then they fight in an Amazing Spider-Man 2 like battle.

I'm so proud of this design. Basically he just wears a hoodie, jeans and boots and the yellow electricity runs through his veins to create the mask, gloves, and lightning on his chest. And I really liked Jamie Foxx as Electro so I figured I'd make Max brown.
