This one's been on my mind for a few weeks now, and what with the four day weekend approaching, I finally had time to bust it out. King Caesar always cracked me up as a kid when he raised his ears in battle, and so he seemed like the perfect LOLCat monster.
(Plus he's like the only cat monster I could think of...)
I also thought I'd toss in Minya and a brand new background location to celebrate CineMon's 10th comic.

He's a Shisa, which is a lion/dog guardian creature from Japanese mythology.
