Epoch: Eons before the Empire of mankind, when dinosaurs still inhabited the earth and the Emperor had not incarnated in a man to guide primitive humans.

The "Necrons" the oldest and most advanced alien race in the galaxy, their origins go back to the weak and sick "Necrontyr" who inhabited the "region of the halos" a cluster of stars that send their solar winds to the necropolis worlds that the "Necrontyr" had conquered with difficulty. (The radiation from the stars had turned them into fragile beings with very short lives)
Despite their misfortune the "Necrontyr" achieved great technological advances in a leap of a few years because of their determination to build an eternal legacy for their civilization, the effort of those who perished was rewarded with the expansion of their own galactic empire for a generation of young explorers. (Even with the success achieved, the young “Necrontyr” discovered that their lives would be just as short when inheriting the disease from their parents)
Conquering more beautiful worlds and far from the stars that made their race sick, the "Necrontyr" felt sadness and bitterness for not being able to change their lives, while they watched the stars, the young "Necrontyr" contacted the "Ancestral" while reaping life in other regions. from the galaxy, realizing their technological power, the young "Necrontyr" asked the "Ancient Ones" for help in finding a cure for their terminal illness. 😢
Among the "Ancient Ones" they deliberated the intention of the "Necrontyr" until they discovered their secret plans to conquer the galaxy and decided not to intervene for the sake of their creations on other worlds; the refusal of help by the "Ancient Ones" fell as an act of treachery on the young "Necrontyr" who, offended by not sharing their secrets of immortality, declared war against the "Ancient Ones". 💥
This first galactic war was known as the "War in Heaven" and entire fleets of "Necrontyr" attacked the "Old Ones" without warning who responded surprised and annoyed by the jealousy of the "Necrontyr" for not having obtained their secrets of immortality. In less than a century the "Necrontyr" were decimated and confined by the "Ancestral" gods to live back in the halos region with all their misery to disappear like vermin but the hatred of the "Necrontyr" was greater than thousands of burning stars and they agreed to a dark vengeance. 😈
The desperate "Necrontyr" abandoned their frail and sick bodies (died) to transfer their consciousness into robotic armor that would make them unstoppable in War. (The Age of the Ancestors would come to an end with the cold steel of the “Necrons”) 😠
