In my opinion (it's not about your photo), don't worry.. 
and we should look at their real Cartoonish Head. As Mickey's, Donald's, Minnie's, etc... Not their human head.
After all they are just Cartoons!
For me, watching on other human's face pretending to be a Disney cartoon character, is not a cool thing and has no Magic in it.
But I like very much your shot here
