I'm sorry but, no. They aren't jealous they just believe it doesn't deserve a Daily Deviation. I honestly agree with them. I've seen so many other artists whose art is phenomenal and they haven't gotten a daily deviation when in all seriousness they deserve at least one.
And none of them are saying this is terrible, they just don't think it should be featured. Its a poorly taken photo: you can see his keyboard in the back, and the picture is really dark. And, to me this picture doesn't look finished the way its hanging off the edge on one side but there's plenty of white on the other side. Though the line work is really nice and the shading is pretty cool, this doesn't look like one of his best works and honestly other pieces of his gallery look much nicer then this one.

I agree with this point completely! This by far is not a 'DD Worthy' image; and some others in his gallery are even more deserving in comparison. Though I assume the volunteer who gave it a DD was having a slow day. xD

Hmm I might have ben wrong when I said they were jealous. You dobring up a good point, though. I agree, some other deviations in his gallery are more deserving of a DD and I see beautiful pieces of art everyday that deserve a DD far more. But somebody saw something spectactular in this and another saw it too and that is how it got a DD. Thanks for your input

Oh believe me I know. I tried replying to a kid on here once when he commented on my friends deviation. He said that it was the best in the world and should be featured everywhere and I said "dude it is just a sketch of Sebastian; I understand that it is awesome but it isn't amazing." I got an angry reply and was blocked.

Aha. I once commented on an artists drawing of My Little Pony's. In the description he even said that he didn't like MLP but it was for his friend, so I commented saying the drawing was nice but I agreed that I didn't like MLP either, that it was a little kids show.
I got at least 5 hate replies of people saying that MLP was the best show ever and that I was stupid, even 4 months after I posted the comment. It was pretty crazy...
