A pencil drawing of Taylor Swift. I liked the photo because, while I LOVE drawing hair, this one lacked a lot of it and I wanted to concentrate on the eyes and shadowing.I prefer scanning, but the paper was too big for my scanner which isn't working now anyway. Taking a photo of it gave it this grainy look which I don't like since , in person, the shadowing isn't that rough. But here it is and overall I am pleased with it
I checked the box for critique requests for this one because I feel it is one of my best works, but I also feel I have a lot to learn and I always see flaws. So please let me know your opinion on it. Thanks!
I forgot to keep track of time with this one, but I'm guessing about 6 to 8 hours maybe.

EDIT!! My scanner is now working and I uploaded the new file. Much better!

This is an amazing drawing, but honestly, it looks nothing like her. You should work less on shading, cause you've already got it perfect, and focus more on likeness to the reference drawing!

I actually agree with you, but the point is that the drawing looks like the photo, at least I think so. If it doesn't resemble her then tell it to the photographer....

yes, I know. I didn't draw it because it was Taylor Swift. I honestly didn't know who it was when I first saw the photo until I read it. Thanks though
