Wow! This is an absolutely stunning piece; and your use of color and value is fantastic. (Also, my favorite part is the little lights and the way their glow is reflected on the creature's tubes!)
My main critique would be in the anatomy of the woman: Her hand seems a little small in proportion to her head, and her eye is too big (it shouldn't be bigger than her mouth). Another thing I might recommend would be to add more shading and value to her hair. The ink work looks gorgeous, and it must have taken an enormous amount of dedication to line all those strands of hair! However, because there are so many lines and not as much shading, it looks a little flat in comparison to the rest of the picture, which has more variation in tones. I would recommend doing the same for the creature's horns and the tubes on its face, to make them look more three-dimensional like the rest of the body.
Overall, this piece looks amazing! The composition is cool and the colors are really well done - you've done a great job!
