Yea it's only Win7 unfortunately. I haven't done anything for Win10 since upgrading as I can't really figure it out and it seems Microsoft loves to break themes all the time with their incessant updates.

Wow! one of the best themes I have seen for Windows 7. I have wanted to revert from Windows 10 back to 7, but the default look to me just felt like it wasn't enough. I love this!

6 months later I'm finally able to download it! It's a great theme, a bit complicated on the contrast but great overall. It deserves a color theme on my next Winamp skin

Weird... I'm packaging using winrar. Never had this issue before. When I download it, I can open it up just fine, so I have no idea what the issue could be.
