My piece for Artists-of-Askr 's Legacy of the Emblem zine. Basically, the project allows us to draw any of our favourite characters from the franchise, including spin-offs and etc. Initially, I wanted to draw Lyn, Eliwood and Hector, because FE7 was my first FE game and it holds a special place in my heart. However, I reconsidered when I wanted to emphasise on the legacy bit, so tapping into my inner Super Sentai fanboy, I picked Marth and Alm. Now, for those who don't watch Super Sentai, they do this really cool thing where at the very end of the series, the sentai red of that current series does a small interaction with the sentai red for the next series. It's like a small segment where they can just shake hands, bump fists or something. So, this piece is an homage to those particular segments. Our Hero King of the first game has passed the torch to the Saint King of the second game.
