People have many ways to clear their mind of troubles. Some may choose to take a trip away, hit the pub, call closest friends, and many others. My way, when things get worse, would generally involve taking a long stroll, to fade away the agitation (and hopefully will help in thinking more clearly). I've been quite lucky that I live around the area where it's easy to go for a long stroll with a beautiful and peaceful view.
