Edit (9.26.2011) I just wanted to say thank you so much for all of the feedback and favorites I received on this piece. It makes me feel happy to know that people enjoyed my fanart and I hope that I was able to thank everyone properly for it. I tried to do it personally for each favorite.

Also, I had no idea that there was a pokemon episode "The Grass Menagerie" when I titled this. How awesome is that?! I am definitely in tune with the punny nature of pokemon. XD

Edit Added stars thanks to a brush shown to me by *Sleepwalks and also added some Sleep Powder coming from Bulbasaur's bulb.

I picked several different types. Bulbasaur, Oddish, and Bellsprout are some of my favorite grass pokemon. I love the designs for Grovyle and Serperior, although I haven't used them as much. On my Black version I have Snivy in his second form, but I haven't played all the way through or high enough for Serperior. I was going to do Turtwig, but after I did all the others I decided it would be a little too busy. I think Tropius is also a really cool one, but I've never used it in game. And then I decided it would be neat to do some legendaries, since I have never drawn one before... well, I guess that isn't true, I have drawn Mew... (my absolute fav)

I worked on this for about a week off and on. It's probably a total of 15-20 hours work. I am content with it for the moment. I added textures that my friend *Sleepwalks put together. I thought my mac was going to overload trying to save this thing today. It's a large file. ;___; You might need to fullview. I'll think about offering download of original file if enough people ask.

I hope you enjoy! I wanted to create a night type scene and work on environment and use different photoshop brushes... I think it was fairly successful.

Pokemon, et all does not belong to me. XD But that would be cool.
