Description "Kill the spare."...

..."A blast of green light blazed through Harry's eyelids, and he heard something heavy fall to the ground beside him; the pain in his scar reached such a pitch that he retched, and then it diminished; terrified of what he was about to see, he opened his stinging eyes. Cedric was lying spread-eagled on the ground beside him. He was dead. For a second that contained an eternity, Harry stared into Cedric's face, at his open gray eyes, blank and expressionless as the windows of a deserted house, at his half-open mouth, which looked slightly surprised.".

I can't believe that I finally finished it!... I thought it'll take me much more time to finish this drawing , but it took me only 6-7 hours, which is not that bad for me.

Aw, Cedric *sniff*. I think if Rob had been given even more book-canon Cedric, he would have been able to do so much more with it. Granted, the scenes he DID do were pretty darn good. GOF is my least favorite movie of them all. As for the pic, I think you did an excellent job. I'm honestly not sure about some of the shading, even though it looks very movie-shaded-screen-capture, and we can tell exactly who and what it is even by a thumbnail pic without a description. As I look at your WIPs, your lineart and subsequent bone structure of his face turned out really, really well. On the other hand, something like this does need a certain amount of skillful shading to show the lack of life in the eyes - which I think you DID capture. All that being said, I do feel like you captured the book scene and not just Rob-Cedric. Β

Thank you!!!
So, you see it as some kind of reincarnation of Rob?

AAAGGGHHH… I loved him. In the books. Robert Pattinson is a pansy to me. THIS, though. Just… THIS.

I loved the books and never have seen the movies, but I love Robert and I liked Cedric's character, so... It was so worth drawing this, even though it wasn't easy to me, I've got kinda emotional at some point.

Aw… I love Cedric. He was a true personification of what it means to be a Hufflepuff. Fair, honest, loyal… and a particularly good finder. I mean, he found the Triwizard Cup first.

Wwo! I think you have captured that scene perfectly! Especially his wide open eyes with the blank expression turned out nicely. I know I would have needed more then 6-7 hours for that

Thanks, I'm glad that you liked it, especially his eyes, 'cause it's kind of the most important part of the drawing - to show the death through his eyes. At least that was my aim this time.
