Nice design! In such heavy armor (perhaps, almost exoskeletal) weapon can be mounted right on the hand, even more heavy than a pistol. And, as far as it is high-tech one, light energy "pistol" can be mounted at shoulder. Thats how I see

I find the three-eye effect of the helmet being worn very creepy! But overall, an extremely good design, and I love the way the foreground is in detail, and gets less detailed the further back it goes, as if looking through a haze, or smoke.

Fantastic concept!
