Wow, very cool urban shot! Who says graffiti can't be art?

Pardon my ignorance, but where is Hobart? Tasmania, right? When people say Hobart, I think of a brand of freezers, not a place.

I'm thinking that I'm really digging your b/w stuff, though this is a little pixelly, or sharp?

I really like this contrast though, it adds to the grimey, dank feel of the place. Really good work.

thanks a lot!

if i remember correctly this is actually a HDR shot and i boosted the contrast and sharpness to get that grime effect. Thanks for taking the time to say something meaningful

impressive. it's dark and features such a great depth. this image creates an atmosphere not describable. really, i'm not sure what to think but: "wow!"
the only thing that distracts me a bit would be the running water. i know, it's because of the exposure, but somehow it looks a bit artificial.
apart from that an interesting image with lots to discover.

there's this cool sense of movement to this piece. i mean, it feels very alive. that may be partly due to the hdr. not sure. either way, it's a really effective piece. good job

I had to fav this one as well... really great shots. The lighting makes for a really vivid b&w pic. What was the exposure time on this one?

Thanks mate!

Both shots were HDR just so I could get an even exposure. Was shot on a tripod with shots ranging from around 5-20 seconds
