beautiful! I wish I'd been able to see this castle in person when I was in Germany in '97. It may be the most shot castle in Germany, but you've captured a unique and breath-taking angle in comparison to about 99% of those shots.

That is a stunning photo of a stunning castle! :] What I like about it most is that the photo uses muted tones, except for the reddish building standing out in the center of the image.

It's always been shot as a brilliantly white fairytale castle, filled with happy endings.
You've managed to make it look like something out of a gothic novel, full of cold storms, every colour but red, white black and grey drained, and the promises of ghosts, vampires and other creatures belonging to nightmares, fears and desires... love it.

This is absolutely amazing! I've been to Neuschwanstein myself, but I've not really seen anyone truly bring is mystique and beauty to life through a photograph as well as one can experience in real life! Thank you for an amazing picture!

this is my favourite castle that i know of, i'm dying to visit it, if ever go to europe. partiaclly because i'm a band wagon person, it the castle in sleeping beauty was based of this, but also because this castle is just plain amazing, its a shame you can't photograph inside, i hear it looking really cool inside.

atmospherics are perfect. I'll bet another
shot of the same scene as good as this will
never happen. Thus making it especially
precious. Why isn't this for sale? (Sorry,
I have no more wall space.). But this has
got to be a very valuable piece, even if it
is often photographed.

Funny, this is the side of it I don't like ^^
It looks so much like some kind of Cinderella castle anf then... you see htis orange brick that kinda ruins it all ...
