I was a bit skeptical at first for the strong content. Not a fan of that honestly, but then in the last family reunion, all my aunts and uncles were talking about it. They really love it. And even before that, there was this college teacher of mine who went crazy when one of the students brought a GoT t-shirt. It's settled now. I have to watch the series soon. My advantage will be that I won't have to face such a long, agonizing wait between seasonsΒ Β

I was the same. I'm from Belfast and the majority of it was filmed here, I've had friends who're extras in the show and I basically couldn't escape it. I gave in and watched it and it did not disappoint.Β
It takes a while to get into but you really get attached to the characters and storyline <3
