Personality: Despite being built to match and exceed AJ Sietson in all aspects, MechAJ is vastly different from his organic counterpart in terms of personality. Rather than being lax and charismatic, MechAJ is a violent, aggressive, cold-hearted, and intelligent killing machine with a large superiority complex. Early on, he had a habit of mimicking AJ's gestures, perhaps in a mocking manner, though due to the fact that he can't speak, his true intentions remain unclear. MechAJ's most dominating trait, of course, is his complete and utter hatred for and obsession with AJ, being programmed by his trio of creators with the sole purpose of surpassing and destroying him. As a result, MechAJ is obsessed with the belief that he is superior to AJ in every way. His greatest desire is, thusly, to prove that he's the real and true original AJ, that the organic version is just a shameless copy and to finally replace AJ altogether.

Backstory: As explained in both MechAJ's personality and the profiles for Syncronize and 77 Dr. Animo, MechAJ was built by the trio of evil scientists as the ultimate meld of man and machine, designed to perfectly mimic and counter both AJ and the Sigmatrix in every way. However, his first version was destroyed in battle, as he attempted to copy the power of Prometheus and was destroyed after not being able to handle the sheer might of the Celestialsapien in question.

However, several years later, his smoldering remains were discovered by another evil doppelganger in Digit Negative, designed to be a mirror counterpart to AJ's best friend Digit in every way. DN rebuilt MechAJ and the two allied themselves with each other briefly to tag team their counterparts, but MechAJ fled while DN was down for the count and he still remains at large to this very day.

Later on, after a series of unknown events, MechAJ was briefly transformed into a human cyborg dubbed "Cyborg AJ" by a cruel machine from another world named Argus, only to be destroyed one last time when his human body was killed upon a trip to the Null Void, where he was then repaired by 77 Albedo. Now, MechAJ serves her loyally and has pledged to protect her from all harm, and while she appreciates this, the copycat machine isn't the AJ she truly wants...

--A Modified Cybertronian T-Cog armed with the entire Sigmatrix Database, this device allows MechAJ to quickly rearrange the pieces of his body on a series of panels, like a human-shaped jigsaw puzzle, growing or shrinking in size to match the outward appearance and abilities of any alien AJ turns into, save for the colors. Unlike the Sigmatrix transformations, these aren't altering MechAJ's biological makeup in anyway, as he doesn't have any, so they're instead referred to as "Modes", akin to how a proper Cybertronian can transform into a Vehicle Mode or Beast Mode.

Weaknesses:
-Cannot mimic AJ's transformations that go above a certain power threshold, with Colossus the Reaper being the absolute limit. If he does so, his systems will crash and self destruct.

-Can be absorbed by a Galvanic Mechamorph.
-Can be eaten and/or ripped to shreds by a Gourmand or Piscciss Volann.
-Will short out and go offline if hit by the EMPs generated by a Leatherback Kaiju or MUTO Titan.

Trivia:
-*A majority of MechAJ's mass can be explained through the use of Cybertronian Mass-Shifting Technology, which is what allows MechAJ to mimic larger Sigmatrix aliens, like Magmasaur, Colossus and Everestta.
-MechAJ is directly inspired by other duplicate/evil clone characters from various forms of media, such as Prime Albedo (Ben 10), Nemesis Prime (Transformers), Metal Sonic (Sonic the Hedgehog), Grey Mann's Robot Mercs (Team Fortress 2: Mann Vs Machine) and Springtron (ARMS).
--This makes his Phase 3 creator kind of ironic in that sense.
-All of MechAJ's "Modes" have their own unique names, but said names usually start with "Mech" and lead into the rest of the original alien's name. For example, MechAJ's Cure is "Mechure" and MechAJ's Beatbox is "Mechbox".
-In the past, MechAJ had a featureless face depicting only the X symbol seen on the Sigmatrix and the Mechatrix-Cog. However, in his most recent (and current) design, he was given a proper face reminiscent of Ultron.
-MechAJ speaks in a monotone text to speech voice, and when speaking, the small line in his "mouth" moves.
-When Albedo built MechAJ's current form, he was entirely naked, but opted to find and wear some clothes for himself upon leaving the Null Void.
--For a specific location, he got his clothes from a homeless shelter in New Gotham, before it was promptly burned down by 77 Garfield Lynns/Firefly. For unknown reasons, MechAJ was enraged by this crime and attacked Firefly before he could make his escape, allowing the NGPD to capture and arrest him.
---In the process of taking Firefly down, MechAJ used his Mechatrix-Cog to scan and incorporate Firefly's Jetpack into his own systems.
-MechAJ's "hair" isn't normal hair, but a mix of replicas of 77 Hiro Himada's Microbots and magnetic iron powder, which he simply styled like hair in order to better mimic AJ.
--Unfortunately, there aren't enough Microbots that would allow MechAJ to control or use them in combat, hence why he lacks that power.
---Furthermore, this is also why he lacks any sort of power akin to Prehensile Hair.
