it's Ruby's OC, Luxembourg (not from Hetalia).
I spent a shitload of time on the background, and it still looks so ugly D;
and I drew the "perspective" by hand, without any referece or such, so that's why it's so wonky D:
I can't do anything properly...

but being detailed doesn't equal looking good, and this picture is a clear example of it >:
aside from the wrong perspective, the trees turned out ugly too... I should have spent more time on them, and soft shade instead of cell shade, but they were the last I did on the picture, and I was very tired >_>
lol it's very weird, because when I searched for Luxembourg references in google, most of the pictures that came up were of the Luxembourg gardens in Paris XD
