Description KT Kreatures - Gibzard

Pithechampsa galeops.

The gibzard is an "eerie" lemur-like (and lemur-sized) diapsid lizard (lacertilian, including all modern lizard except snakes, crocodiles and monitor lizards) adapted to climb trees, with prehensile limbs and diversified teeth, with prominent incisors and canines. Fingers are slender and the gibzard uses them to drive out bugs from rotting wood. Its general structures someway resembles the Permian reptile Suminia getmanovi, though this one were a "para-mammalian" reptile (Synapsid Dromasaurian) rather a Diapsid one.
The gibzard usually occurs in the moist savannas below the -1200 meters isobath of dried out Tyrrhenian Sea.
