the wichked one is taking the sleeping girl who is innocently in a dream.
see, the wicked one is pointing to the butterfly,
which is symbol of dream, with the blood,
which always means ominous thing.

I think he/she means the blue-haired person's expression. She kind of has an evil smirk on her face while the other woman is relaxing in her arms. It gives the impression that she's not all she's cracked up to be.
