It could be you. Pregnancies differ from person to person. Some carrying twins can only look like they're pregnant with one, or the way their womb sits in their belly: whether its further towards the spine or more pushed outward. It also depends on the gestation time as well..
I never specified that he was full term or anything of that matter. Everything varies.

I'm just not the artist that illustrates an overly exaggerated belly or features. I tend to follow facts and the general human proportions as opposed to the typical anime body proportions...
