You are not accidentally interested to make illustrations for a classical mythology? I wrote a caricature of beauty against the materialism of today which is quite extended and in depth a cosmology, with allegories on inspiration, -the Goddess axis- music, the Muse -Helix and Antihelix-, Goddess of hate beauty and principles, -hethred, who has for instance a spider living in her womb of acid, eating a way trough her stumoch and coming out of her mouth, to weave her daughters.Β There is also the artists who are cursed by Hethred to become rats cats and serpents, which is why they need to drink the blood of Hethreds daughters and seduce them with arts in salons. There is muuuuch more. Anyway just so you know I love your work. I would be interested to write a critique on your work but perhaps not today as i was just drugged against my will in psychiatry, i really need inspiration for that and I might do as soon as i'm up to it. Its very noble you ask for critiques i think there is not enough and i wrote a lot about art so there. Keep up the good work.

And well i think and art adventure is a journey and one needs to always improve, and i believe am still at a very early stage in my carerr, and have alot of improvement to do so a critique is always a helpful thing.

Well i like Mucha, i like Gustave DorΓ©, i'm a supporter of all talent engaged to beauty whether it is figurative with a little more expression or figurative with a little more decorative line. I always got people in the academy turning their backs on me because decorative art is in the past you know. I could only applaud your engagement to, in any way, use such a talent for observation and finesse in textures, shadows and light, to express something tender, something of the delicate beauty that is found in all compositions of nature. I would only reccomend that you allow yourself to be inspired by such likes of DorΓ© and Mucha exactly, observe Delacroix, khnopf, Rubens, jean Delville, Schiele, Klimt, so many others, and look for a touch of expression, a torment, a fluidity, an elegance.
If you provide me an email in a note perhaps so its private then i will send you all the chapters of the mythology that I have. It may inspire you for just that touch of character. I can also then send you my own work which are predominantly some sculptures I made, they are very akin to what you do. Unfortunatly my drawing always gets a little too deformed since the medium does n't allow me to keep taking off and adding untill i get the proper elegant shape that i would be chasing and that i would have in mind. A balance of expression and elegance. Also most of my works are too big to endeavor. Sculpting is not that intensive but casting is bloody misery.
