Description
This is another version of my No One Mourns the Wicked pic. This one is all done in hand though, where the other one was done in mixed media with a lot of CGI.
You cannot tell from the scan, but on the original drawing, the dress is multicolored just like the Act 2 dress in the Musical. I do believe I am going to frame this one and send it to my favorite Elphie-Kristy Cates!
