Pain is never a good route, people can really hurt themselves because they are willing to tolerate discomfort.
It's best to cultivate a "zero pain tolerance" when it comes to your body.

I understand.  I was in a similar position during many years of my life.
But just remember it takes a toll.  Putting up an emotional barrier can not only divide you from other people, it can disconnect you from yourself.

If I could do High School all over again I honestly might -- if only so that I could've taken better care of my emotional stability.

theres a option on the side that says new notes from ther eyou should be able to "compose" one or click "new note" something like that
