Titanus Biollante (ビオランテ) is the sister to Titanus Godzilla and was also once a normal rose during the same time period where Godzilla Fought King Ghidorah for the first time as well as other titans getting in between of the fight which were killed and with Godzilla Spilling some of his blood which combined with the blood of the other Titans. Which said blood went into the soil of a near by rose bush. Years gone by and one of Monarch's scientist went hiking and noticed the rose who was surprised at the rose was still alive over the decade and got in touch with monarch about the discovery. Hours later they arrived but some forgot to take out their titans creation serum. A few more hours gone by and as Godzilla fought Queen Ghidorah. Both titans went near the outpost and accidently used her tail to knock over the truck to it's side which had the Titan Creation Serum. Spilled on the rose, which had a scary reaction to the rose. As the serum went into the soil, the blood in the soil activated and caused the rose to mutate in a scary rate. Once done, the rose was a monster/rose hybrid and gave out a sorta deepened human cry with a Titan cry. A year later after the fight with Queen Ghidorah. Godzilla heard the cry and swam towards it. And once on shore a strange flytrap looking vine sprung from the ground and bit onto godzilla's neck. A few minutes went by and the vine was absorbing some of Godzilla's blood and took it the the main body. Godzilla in pain decided to use a nuclear pulse to destroy the vine and walked towards the sound again. Once there, he saw a strange plant Titan with a rose one for a head. As godzilla takes a step. Stops and watches in horror as the rose titan mutates to a more Monstrous version of it's self with the rose becoming a sort of crocodile and rose hybrid with thorn like tusks forming at the side of it's mouth. Before letting out a loud roar.

Name: Biollante's name means "Bio Plant"

Design: Biollante's design is a combination of both Godzilla, a sort of crocodile titan and a thorny rose bush.

Personality: Biollante's personality is the same to that of a King Ghidorah and Godzilla's. Who wants to take control of all titans to make the earth better suited for them.

Origins: Biollante first appeared in the fanfilm. "Godzilla vs Queen Ghidorah " where biollante was once a normal rose and in a Monarch Outpost but a accident with the Titan Creation Serum caused the rose to mutate to a rose/titan hybrid. And was seen again in "Godzilla vs Biollante" who was in her Rose/Titan form and attacked her brother to get his Blood to mutate into a better version of him. But was killed after their second fight with godzilla roaring in sadness.

Despite her plant-like body and rather grounded-looking appearance, Biollante is capable of moving across the ground rather quickly, using her four main tendrils like rudimentary feet to propel herself forwards.

Corrosive sap:

In her final form, Biollante retains all previous abilities, though she does acquire an additional one, which is the ability to spit large quantities of radioactive corrosive sap from her large mouth (the radiation is clearly visible as yellowish energy spores within the sap stream).

Regeneration:

Biollante much like her brother, can also enhanced regeneration capabilities, shown when she seemingly completely regenerated the back part of her head after it had been blown off by Godzilla's atomic breath.

Tendrils:
Biollante, in her rose form, can constrict and grapple with an enemy with her many tendrils and mouthed vines, each of which are capable of spitting a highly corrosive sap that can blind an opponent.
Some of her tendrils in her final form resemble spears and are capable of piercing through Godzilla's flesh relatively easily, with one even impaling Godzilla's hand.

Tunneling:

Biollante can submerge her vines and tendrils and then have them rise up from the ground further away from her in a surprise attack. During their first and last fights
Roar:

Biollante's roar was created by by me by slowing down biollante's roar and adding a few monster roars to give it a sort of titan hybrid.
Weakness:

In Biollante's Final Form, her cellular division is abnormally affected by Godzilla's atomic breath, resulting negatively in heavy body damage. Direct blasts from the atomic breath inside of her also can prove catastrophic, as with her final battle against Godzilla when Godzilla fired his atomic breath into her mouth, causing it to explode out of the back of her head.
